Imani: Obamagate - a brewing scandal about his citizenship?
I am truly disturbed ... about the fears that are rampantly mounting, concerning the question of Mr. Obama being a natural born U.S. citizen, as required by the Constitution, to run for the office of the presidency of the United States. These fears are based on three elements:
* The failure of the RNC to execute a thorough vetting process, ensuring Mr. Obama is a Natural Born U.S Citizen.
* The failure of Mr. Obama to provide a legitimate Certificate of Live Birth (COLB).
* The failure of big media to perform its function as the watchdog "Fourth Branch" of the government.
This issue led Philip J. Berg, a long time Democrat and attorney, to file suit against Barack H. Obama, (Lawsuit Continues) challenging Senator Obama’s lack of "qualification" to serve as President of the United States. He filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court on October 30, 2008, requesting a review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick's dismissal of Philip J. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants.
According to Berg, Obama is not eligible to be president. He says Obama was born in Kenya and he carries an Indonesian passport and became an Indonesian citizen when his stepfather adopted him while going to school in Indonesia. In an extraordinary gesture, honorable U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick tossed out the suit claiming citizens do not have any standing to challenge the constitutionality of the chargers.
"This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution,” Berg said in a statement. “If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States - the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world - then who does? So, anyone can just claim to be eligible for congress or the presidency without having their legal status, age or citizenship questioned."

Add to this blog the fact that the university he attended would not expose his educational records or his health records..he is an educated terrorist..May God have mercy on America, Israel and Canada if he is made president in January..I pray that evidence will soon be found to stop him from becoming president..

Your candidate of choice lost. Get over it and deal with reality.
It feel so good to say that, for a change, instead of hearing it like I've had to listen to for the last eight years!
None of the claims you are making have any basis in fact. Do you not think that this far into the process, anything that would have disqualified Mr. Obama from becoming Senator Obama and President Obama would have already been verified? Unless you are so far out into the radical fringe that you believe false documents would have been planted so long ago with the intention of his being selected at birth to run for political office? The idea is just ludicrous.
Answer me this: What is it about Obama that causes such vehement hatred to fester within you? Why can you not accept the fact Bush's policies were a failure. McCain would have continued many of the same destructive policies and added many of his own. What is worse, America would have been saddled with the prospect of a Palin presidency if something were to have happened to McCain. That is one of the few things that would have been worse.
Given the choices, Obama / Biden is the better choice for America.

To be clear I wasn't a supporter of McCain and certainly no longer of Bush, but the questions still remains, Why was it the same with the Left in regards to Bush. The Left Wouldn't Accept the fact Bush did win by All accounts. It would seem the other side is acknowledging the fact that Obama Did win.

So, Mitch, WHY were Obama's transcripts sealed? There must be an excellent reason to not reveal the school grades of someone apparently "brilliant" but I'm at a loss as to what it could be. Help us Mitch!
Obama's chosen and CULTIVATED alliances are not a non-issue. His working relationships with fraudsters, communists and Marxists, Nation of !slam (two of three Senate office staffers are), and Black liberation theology are the ONLY relationships anyone knows of. He equated his grandmother to Wright in order to lessen the impact of Wright's anti-white hatred but I guess you didn't see that; too busy wiping tears of joy from your eyes, maybe? Wasn't one of Obama's great attributes his incredible judgement of character?
As for Palin, she wasn't running for POTUS against the man who stated he had thus far visited "57 states" and had "two more to go." Palin, much to your chagrin, has more experience on all levels than Obama, and if she was a Dem she'd be your star for fighting corruption, standing up to her own party, governing in a bi-partison manner, and landing actual real life deals with foreign nations; all things Obama lacks in spades as evidenced by his rise in the Daley politics of Chicago. But you already know this which is why she's such a threat.
You don't accept Obama's role in ACORN, ACORN's role in the sub-prime fiasco, or the Dems role in promoting these ideologically-based high-risk loans. You don't want to accept that both Bush and McCain tried to implement regulations but were blocked by the Dems during the past two years.

For four months, OBama, his Campaign, Annenberg's Factcheck, and the St. Pete Times Politifact, have committed a fraud against the American public by promulgating a totally bogus image that they, and Lefties like you, claim is a true copy of OBama's "original birth certifcate." The one issue that the Left tried harder than any to sweep under the rug is now too big to fit. Now, the Lefties are the ones wearing the tinfoil hats.
There is not a single shred of evidence to prove that Obama was a natural-born American, or even American born. After 18 months of begging Obama to produce his real birth certificate, he still refuses to show it to the public. Everyone else in this country has to show their birth certificate if they want a passport or a ddriver's license or a Social Security Card. Yet, you would hand the keys to America's nuclear arsenal over to someone who refuses to produce any proof?
Only a total idiot still beleives that (a) an image that only vaguely looks like a Certification of Live Birth carries the same weight as the real thing, and (b) that this image was even made directly from Obama's birth record! On the one hand, the Left demands of the person who irrefutably proved that this COLB image is bogus, to have it "peer-reviewed" by credentialed experts, while they waive around a tiny, blurry, black & white birth announcement that most likely was made in response to the birth info being called into the Honolulu Advertiser, as PROOF that Obama was BORN in Honolulu.
What kind of sick, freak show is that?
No way, no how, will we ever let go of this issue because folks just like you elected a fraud to the White House, and now that Obama's chickens are finally coming home to roost, we've got a big bag of bird seed for them.
Sorry, but we take no orders for a fraudlently-elected leader.

What I cannot figure out, is how people like you, Mitch S, can be so BLIND. None of the vital information has been provided, and that is a fact. The american press only cared about this man getting elected. Nothing was reported regarding the controversies surrounding him that are surfacing now. The entire country acted as though he was G_d. Nothing else mattered. With Obama's records of terrorist ties going back over 20 years to the present, in addition to information presented in his own books, this man would not be cleared to fly the president's aircraft if he were a pilot, nor could he be vetted for the secret service, yet he is allowed complete access to sensative intelligence informaiton and eventually, he will be the ruler of the free world. In my opinion the U.S. is going down. There are too many countries around the world, with known terrorist activity celebrating his victory. G_d help the U.S. and G_d help Israel.

There is definitely hatred on my side. But speaking for myself, my hatred is for Obama's policies; not the man. What is it about the Left that emboldens them to go beyond the hatred of Bush's policies and actually hate the man who has kept us safe for the past 7 years?
And what is it about the Left that see's Bush when they look at McCain but fails to understand (let alone, legitimize) how we on the right see Ayers and Wright when we look at Obama??

First, let me say that in no way am I saying that Obama is another Hitler, my point is this: when masses are messmerized to the point that they ignore the facts, things can get out of control. Obama had a totally different name when he lived in Indonesia. Barry Soreoto.That is a fact. CBS news reported on it and went to his old school. Hitler blamed the Jewish people for everything and wanted to destroy them, yet he was part Jewish and he made sure no one knew it. His sister had to change her name, so no one would know who she was. He stood there and told everyone what his idea of the perfect race was. Now, you look back and it's a joke, he wasn't tall, strong, blue-eyed, blonde haired, yet everyone hung on his every word and believed him. Think about it. Watch the History Channel.

"Mr. Outsider" now shows the deep ranks of all the insiders that participated in his meteoric rise and now will share the "reign." Poor black America. He is the first Black President in skin color only. He has not one shred of true "African American slavery roots!" Infact, his African Arab roots put him squarely in the ancestor group of those WHO SOLD SLAVES! How pathetic is that! With the way "Joe the Plumber" and all those who have dissented have been treated, I wonder how short is the window of opportunity to actually be a dissenting voice?...no matter how hard "O" pushes in his imaginary "office of the President Elect", I have only one President right now! Obama isn't really the "President Elect" untill the Electoral College meets and votes, and even then he has NO AUTHORITY untill January 20, 2009! G-d Bless President Bush. I will carry my Biblical responsibility to pray for our leadership as seriously as ever, and I will not move Sen. Obama above that status one minute prior. Israel Insider, I am thankful for the outlet, and the content! I am deeply saddened by the shredding of our Constitution, the purchasing of this election, and the disgraceful treatment of the truth in our national media, further complicated by its abdication of responsibility to research both parties equally and its penchant to assault the republicans-especially Gov. Sarah Palin! I still am willing to hope that the Supreme Court can make a difference, but I have serious doubts that it will. Mitch may rejoice at that too, but when the strength of the Nation that allows dissent is sapped and disected, America, like Samson, will wander in blind captivity to "the Delilah seduction" of our national strength. Maybe then the ranks of constituency will shrink signifcantly...albeit too late to matter...

Please don't talk Right and Left. Those are relative directions you give someone to help them navigate. I have no clue what they mean other than that. Right and Wrong I understand.
Maybe Wahabi Harold can file a Freedom of Information brief to circumvent the school's privacy if you are all that interested. I still maintain that if there were a problem with Obama's past it would have come up long before this. He seems vetted by virtue of being a senator.
I did not vote for Obama because of sense of trying to right past wrongs in American History. Melanin content had no part in my decision process either. I felt that what Obama said made for better policy and more of a chance for my children's future than did any other candidate. This is America. I made my choice at the polls and you made yours. It seems that more people sided with what I believe to be the correct choice.
By they way, Wahabi Harold, you still have not explained how you know what a perfect Arabic accent sounds like. Maybe because that is your native language? You still have not offered any proof to the contrary. Very suspicious. And another thing . . . where did you hear this utterance? Were you standing next to him?

Among Chicagoans these things are all possible.
With the assistance of the "Rules for Radicals" and his radical connections, these areas
could be navigated.
With the assistance of some inept bureaucrat who didn't do their job, or whom they
had dirt on, it's entirely possible.
The man had several years worth of documents and articles "scrubbed" off the internet, but
we all know that you can never totally remove anything from the internet, and the Cleveland Leader
found the archived news articles in which ACORN touted Obama's abilities as a trainer/organizer, and soundly refuted Obama's claims on his FightTheSmears website that he was never a trainer or organizer
for ACORN.
And, on, and on.
The most puzzling one to me is this; out of a class of 400 at Columbia,,,NO ONE remembers him.

I have one additional thing to add.
"Judge Surrick's decision to dismiss" in the case of the Berg lawsuit to force Obama to prove his
citizenship/birth status,,,Surrick should have, by law, recused himself from this case, as he also worked at Sidley Austin, where Obama worked and met his wife, Michelle, and where U.S. radical terrorist mate of Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, worked.
Obama has an associate in every corner.
