Israeli Internet entrepreneur Sharfman killed in plane crash
Dr. Nahum Sharfman and his wife Nava were killed Tuesday when their private plane crashed into a mountain near the Greek island of Zakynthos in bad weather. Sharfman was one of the most accomplished, respected, and influential Internet entrepreneurs in Israel, having co-founded Commtouch (NASDAQ:CTCH) and then led Shopping.com to an IPO and eventual sale to EBay for $650million.
